5-Star Addiction Treatment Market Offer

Option One:  90-Day Co-Occurring Treatment Program
(including housing and access to TMS and EMDR Therapy)
 plus 2 Months Therapy Post-Discharge

This program is intended for individuals experiencing both substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders (e.g., PTSD, depression, anxiety, etc.) who want to address both in treatment with different approaches.  It includes 90 days of treatment and housing in a supervised sober living home, plus food and transportation to and from treatment.

The intake process starts with a comprehensive assessment with our board certified Addiction Medicine doctor, a Health & Wellness exam by our physician, psychiatric evaluation by one of our psychiatric team members, and a biopsychosocial assessment with the primary therapist.

The first phase of treatment will be a month of Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), which includes individual, group and family therapy, and case management, from 10am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.  Therapy will address cravings, identify underlying causes of substance use, treat co-occurring mental health issues, and focus on developing healthy coping skills.

The second phase of treatment will include 30 days of Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) 3 hours per day Monday through Friday, with the schedule varying depending on the individualized treatment plan (either mornings or afternoons). During this time, your care team will begin looking into options for your transition plan, either work or school, and assist in the process.

The third phase of treatment will include IOP for 3 days a week while you are working or attending school and integrating what you are learning in treatment into your daily life. Throughout treatment, you will have follow-up appointments with the medical and psychiatric team, as needed.

The following are included at no additional charge as appropriate:

  • Access to TMS for depression, anxiety or SUD cravings (6 week protocol) if appropriate
  • EMDR for trauma (12 weeks) if appropriate
  • Two months of weekly check-ins with therapist or case manager after completing the 90-day program and you have returned home (depending on need)
  • If outpatient detox/withdrawal management is needed at the start of treatment, it will be provided at the start of treatment prior to programming and will count toward the 90 days.

Total Cash Price for Option One with Housing:  $45,175
(without housing:  $39,775)

Option 2: 90 Day Primary SUD Treatment Program
(including housing)

This program is intended for individuals experiencing substance use disorders who want to focus on addressing these issues, including developing coping skills and relapse prevention strategies for long-term recovery.  It includes 90 days of treatment and housing in a supervised sober living home, plus food and transportation to and from treatment.

The intake process starts with a biopsychosocial assessment with the primary therapist.

The first phase of treatment will be a month of Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), which includes individual, group and family therapy, and case management from 10am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.  Therapy will address cravings, identify underlying causes of substance use, treat any co-occurring mental health issues, and focus on developing healthy coping skills.

The second phase of treatment will include 30 days of Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) from 10am to 1:30pm, Monday through Friday. During this time, your care team will begin looking into options for your transition plan, either work or school, and assist in the process.

The third phase of treatment will include IOP for 3 days a week, while you are working or attending school, and integrating what you are learning in treatment into your daily life.

Total Cash Price for Option Two with Housing:  $36,400
(without Housing:  $31,000)

If a patient relapses within 90 days of completing one of the above agreed-upon treatment programs, Roots Through Recovery will cover the treatment cost of a second episode of treatment of up to 21 days at a clinically-appropriate level of care.

What’s Different AboutRoots Through Recovery

Trauma-focused Treatment:  We treat all substance use and mental health issues at Roots, with a focus on addressing unresolved trauma. Whether you're dealing with alcoholism or drug abuse, depression, or anxiety, we believe that underneath these issues is unresolved trauma. For many, this trauma may have come as a result of adverse childhood experiences, such as divorce, abuse or neglect, observing violence or being the victim of bullying; while for others, it could be a more recent experience. Our goal is to identify and treat the trauma through our trauma-focused care, build resilience, and provide tools and healthy coping skills to help deal with triggers and future issues that arise. The result of doing this work is a reduction in depression and anxiety symptoms, suicidal ideation, and no longer needing to turn to alcohol or substances to cope with feelings triggered by trauma.

Making and Restoring Connections:  Connection is the most important part of your healing process. The reason so many people leave treatment early, or bounce from therapist to therapist, is often because they don’t feel connected to the program or the counselor. The clinicians at Roots are highly trained, experienced and compassionate, and maybe most importantly, they care. We believe that there is no “one size fits all” approach, so you’ll get to experience a variety of therapies from a variety of specialists. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, substance abuse, mental health or pain, there is no better place for you than Roots.

Our Vision:  The vision for Roots Through Recovery has always been to be a leader and innovator in the field of substance abuse and mental health treatment. Our vision for you is for you to live your best life possible, with purpose and passion — to thrive.
